Raw Data Sources

Google Sheets CSV · Super Admin only

The portal runs entirely on two RAW data feeds — no processed Master Data file is uploaded anywhere. Every KPI, chart, table and report on every dashboard (AUR, UPT, ASP, Sell Through, Days Cover, Growth %, Stock Health, Restock Recommendations, and more) is calculated automatically by the Data Processing Engine from these two sources. Publish each sheet to the web as CSV (File → Share → Publish to web → select the sheet → format: Comma-separated values (.csv) → Publish) and paste the links below. Only the Super Admin can add, edit, or replace a link, and every change requires the Admin PIN plus a confirmation step.

Transaction-level sales records — one row per line item sold (date, store, SKU, qty, price/value).

Each link is validated (fetched and checked) before anything is saved — an invalid or unreachable link stops right there and the current data stays untouched. Syncing is additive: refreshing Sales never touches Inventory, and vice versa, so both feeds can update on independent schedules. Every time a link is updated or removed, the data that was active immediately before is archived automatically to a Google Drive backup folder (Year → Month → Date) — nothing is ever deleted. Connect Google Drive under the Google Drive Backup tab to enable this archiving.

Product Master / Price List

optional · SKU → selling price

If the RAW Sales Data doesn't carry a price column, upload a price list here so the engine can calculate value-based KPIs (AUR, ASP, Inventory Value, Sales Value).

File Archive

Year → Month → Daily Syncs · kept permanently

Brands cannot change their own display name, brand name or logo directly — each change waits here for your decision.

Connecting requires your own Google Cloud OAuth 2.0 Client ID (this static portal ships with none). Create one in Google Cloud Console with the Drive API enabled, paste it below, then connect. Real OAuth also requires this page be served over http/https with that origin authorized.
